Phineas is an active, friendly boy who thrives on motion and play. He is a social explorer who does well meeting new people and children on his walks, though he is a strong walker who likes to investigate every scent. While he is affectionate and stays close to his people, he prefers to keep his paws on the floor rather than climbing on furniture. He is excellently crate trained and is always ready for a game of fetch or tug.
Because he is so energetic, Phin would do best in an active home or with other dogs who enjoy lots of play time. He is currently working on his house training and needs a consistent schedule with outdoor breaks every hour or two. Although he has a noticeable limp in his rear leg, it doesn't slow him down or dampen his happy, curious spirit.
